Most invoices contain the popular “walking fingers” logo and the name “Yellow Pages.” They will often include the consumer's phone number, an account representative's name and a request to fix any incorrect information.

We often get asked by business owners if they should keep their ad in the Yellow Pages. Our answer is no, there is virtually no legitimate reason to have an ad in the printed phone book. It is true that at one time the Yellow Pages was the place to go when you needed help and didn't know who to call.

However, despite their long history, Yellow and White Pages are essentially irrelevant. The internet has taken over as the primary source for local information and businesses, eliminating the need for printed books. As a result, the amount of advertising in these directories has been steadily decreasing over time.
